Once you've connected with a Coach, you can instantly view their availability and schedule trainings as needed. No back and forth, no ghosting. Both you and the coach will also receive reminder notifications prior to each training session.
How do I communicate with coaches?
Once connected with a Coach, you will gain access to a private messaging channel. You can use this channel to communicate directly with the Coach at any time. You will also be able to see athlete and training session notes from the Coach.
What training options are available in the app?
Podium Athlete is designed to offer personal, small group and large group/camp trainings. Each coach has the ability to set which options they offer, the skill levels they work with and their rates.
How will I know if a Coach is qualified?
Unlike other platforms, we support all types of coaches. From seasoned, sought-after coaches…to college athletes that are starting their coaching careers. Regardless of their experience, we take steps to verify their information and perform background checks. Coach profiles will display badges to indicate if they have been verified and have a clean background check.
You will also have the ability to look at reviews left by other parents and athletes that have previously worked with a Coach.
